Be it remembered That on the Fourth day of December in the year of Our Lord one thons and eight hundred and sixty one Jean Pastor late of Peru is brought before me Charles May Esquire, Acting Chief Magistrate of the said Colony of bonghong, sitting at the Chief Magishates Court ind Vectorial in the said Colony, and is charged before me, for that he the said Juan Pastor on or about the nineteenth day of May 1861 in Kwong show Day
in the Province of Itwangtung within the Dominions of this Majesty the Emperon of China did feloniously wilfully and of his malice aforethought kill and murder one Lowity hee and frassmuch as it hath been shown to one, upon sufficient evidence taken before me in the manner required by Law in this Colony, that the said Juan Pastor is quilty of the said Offence : And whereas it has been made to appear to me by Warrant under the hand and seal of stis Excellency Sir Hercules G. R. Robinson. Governor and Commander in Chief of this Colony, that he has been applied to by His Excellency Laon Governor General of the Lovo Kwang in the name and the behalf of the Emperor of China for the rendition of the said Juan Pastor, in order that he may be tried for his sain alleged crime before a Competent Court or Tribunal
